Many companies will match your Golden Gopher Fund contribution at 2-to-1 or more, significantly increasing your gift and giving level. The process is as easy as: 1, 2, 3

• Search for your employer in our database.
• Request a matching gift form from your employer, fill it out, and submit it with your gift.
• Make your gift to the U, in whatever amount is right for you.

Giving appreciated stock and other securities is simple. Transfers can be as quick as a phone call and a written confirmation since our Foundation has accounts with most major brokerage firms. The gift value is fair market value on that day, and you pay no tax on capital gains. Please review the helpful forms below for more info.

Planned giving allows you to give while still meeting your income needs. Planned gifts include bequests, gifts of retirement assets, and real estate, among others.

Whether you've just started a job at the U or have been here many years, join your colleagues who take pride in supporting Gopher student-athletes through a faculty or staff gift, which may provide income and tax advantages.

You can give now through payroll deduction or later with a planned gift.

Gifts to Gopher Athletics are 100% deductible charitable contributions. You will receive a gift receipt issued in the name of the payer of the gift. Scholarship seating contributions are no longer tax deductible. Supporters are encouraged to consult a tax adviser for more detailed information.

All Golden Gopher Fund supporters have an online account — the same one used for season tickets. First-time visitors or current Golden Gopher Fund members having trouble logging in should contact the Golden Gopher Fund office for assistance.
