Our wedding packages are designed to help minimize costs and simplify your planning process. Ask your dedicated special events representative for details. Packages are not required and customized pricing is available upon request (applicable tax not included).

Pricing:

About the Package:

Host your wedding reception in the Indoor Club Room for up to 150 guests. This package includes:

  • Maximum six (6) hour reception
  • Custom set-up, including standard 72" rounds, black stackable chairs and available room furniture
  • Dance floor (up to 16'x16')
  • In-house A-V equipment (projector/screen, CD player/iPod audio connections, wireless or handheld microphone, podium)
  • On-site event staff
  • Room access is allowed beginning five (5) hours prior to the reception
Pricing:
  • $7,000 (Standard Rate)
  • $6,700 (Alumni Rate)

About the Package:

Host your wedding reception in the Club Cambria Room for up to 350 guests. This package includes:

  • Maximum six (6) hour reception
  • Custom set-up, including standard 72" rounds, black stackable chairs and available room furniture
  • Dance floor (up to 20'x20')
  • In-house A-V equipment (projector/screen, CD player/iPod audio connections, wireless or handheld microphone, podium)
  • On-site event staff
  • Room access is allowed beginning five (5) hours prior to the reception
Pricing:
  • $9,500 (Standard Rate)
  • $9,000 (Alumni Rate)

About the Package:

Host a pre-reception cocktail hour or wedding ceremony in the Indoor Club Room and reception in the Club Cambria Room for up to 250 guests. This package includes:

  • A cocktail hour or hour-long ceremony and a maximum six (6) hour reception
  • Custom set-up, including standard 72” rounds, black stackable chairs and available room furniture
  • Dance floor (up to 20'x20')
  • In-house A-V equipment (projector/screen, CD player/iPod audio connections, wireless or handheld microphone, podium)
  • On-site event staff
  • Two (2) private dressing areas
  • Wedding party photo shoot on the field (up to 1 hour, event day only)
  • Room access is allowed beginning five (5) hours prior to the cocktail hour or ceremony
  • BONUS: Use of the Club Cambria Room lounge area and one (1) hour ceremony rehearsal

Gopher Alum wedding package rate available – bride or groom must be alumni of the University of Minnesota to qualify.
